Most people who make their way to my office have an internal drive or desire to "get better" or to "do better" and are simply looking for some guidance or how-to-strategies. Whether you or your child are struggling with some form of anxiety or are just wanting more out of life -- a greater sense of happiness or connectedness to those around you -- I can help.
If you are dealing with the day to day struggles of life or something more longstanding and complex, I will work with you to create the changes in your life you are looking to make. Together we will set realistic goals and then create a step by step plan that will help you realize those goals.
I can help with anxiety, personal growth, relationships, life transitions, transgender, and college related issues via traditional talk therapy and/or the more efficient route using Brainspotting. I also specialize in treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and all other anxiety disorders by use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Therapy.
I have been in private practice for more than 15 years and I absolutely love what I do! Like most therapists I provide a confidential, professional, and caring environment. I have true passion and excitement for seeing others reach their goals. Helping people make positive changes in their lives has been a rewarding and motivating experience for me.
